Q // How does the 90 day guarantee work?
A // We are pleased to offer a 90 day money back guarantee (the “90 day guarantee”) and a limited lifetime warranty (the “warranty”) on all Blue Diamond Cookware to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”).
If you are not satisfied with your Blue Diamond Cookware for any reason, you may return it to us within the first 90 days after the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping & handling charges, or a replacement product. After the first 90 days, the warranty will apply as described below.
Q // What does the warranty cover?
A // The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Blue Diamond Cookware (the "product") for the warranty period defined below.
Q // What does the warranty not cover?
A // The warranty does not cover any damage due to (a) use of the product not for regular household purposes or other misuse; (b) abuse; (c) failure to follow product instructions; (d) normal wear and tear; (e) modifications; (f) loss or damage in transit; or (g) accidents or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
Q // How long does the warranty last?
A // The warranty starts 90 days from the date of your purchase and lasts until the end of your lifetime (the "warranty period").
Q // What are your warranty remedies?
A // If the product has a defect during the warranty period we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.
How do you exercise your rights under the 90 day guarantee or the warranty? To obtain a replacement or repair, send the following items to The Cookware Company (USA), LLC at 8730 Military Rd., Suite 150, Reno, NV 89506:
If within 90 days from the purchase date, send the product, proof of purchase, and a letter including your name, address, phone number, and whether you would like a refund (less shipping & handling charges) or a replacement product
If after 90 days from the purchase date, send the defective product, proof of purchase, a letter including your name, address, phone number, and description of the nature of the defect, together with a check or money order for $8.95 for processing and handling.

Limitation of liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the preceding limitation may not apply to you.
OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the preceding limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Q // How does state law apply?
A // This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Q // How do I care for my pans?
Use Low to Medium heat. Never let your oil smoke or burn.
Always use a Little Oil Or Butter suited for frying for best results.
Don't Use: extra virgin olive oil or oil sprays as they cannot withstand high heat.
Easy cleaning. Dishwasher Safe. To keep the durability of your non-stick, we recommend handwash Wash with a soft sponge in hot soapy water. Do not season the pan.
Note: glass lids may become hot during prolonged cooking; use caution when removing lids; use oven mitts if necessary. Glass lids are dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 425°F.
